Undertale is a better game. Lisa leaves more of an impact but has several annoying issues with both gameplay and plot. The OST is well suited for Undertale since all the songs feel like they were specifically made for each character. Lisa's OST is probably better but many of the songs are interchangeable. All in all they're both great games.
