Looking back, who won? After it was over, the general consensus here was that xbox and bethesda won. And I'm still salty my normie friends said xbox won because of backwards compatability and don't even use it now.

there are still millions of games coming out that get consistently high metacritic scores, user reviews, and steam reviews.
far cry 4, witcher 3, bloodborne, klaus, halo 5, rainbow six siege, street fighter 5, sunset overdrive, forza 6, forza horizon 2, shadow of mordor, dyig light, mad max, smash bros wii u, donkey kong tropical freeze, batman arkham knight, etc. then there's kingdom hearts 3, final fantasy 15, last guardian, dragon quest xi, yakuza 0, gravity rush 2, uncharted 4, gears of war 4, for honor, gran turismo 7, ace combat 7, ni no kuni 2, star ocean 5, etc. coming out.
Many of those ps2 games in OP pic are regarded as "hidden gems" and "classics" here, but they're really a bulk of clunky shit compared to the stuff coming out now. you're just too fucking blind to see and have no foresight for the future.

7R is a SE game, irrelevant what stage it was shown on SE is the one who have it and who get credit for it
Nier 2 is collaboration development between SE and Platinum so it will have good gameplay and story
Star Ocean 5 plays like 3 and was well received and hyped up , only was short
The entire KH franchise has sold over 20 million you retard, with 1 and 2 being the highest selling ones with millions each and KH3 is one of the most anticipated games ever

Microsoft won hands down bar none. They actually showed new ip's like Recore and Sea of Thieves and things no one expected.
Square Enix showed literal who jrpg's.
Depends on whether you want to talk about presentations, presence and/or end product

Microsoft was consistantly great with nothing really wow but it was still fun, also that stupid VR using fucking Minecraft as an example
Bethesda had hype surrounded Fallout 4 and Doom
EA and Ubisoft are still against each other for most cringe, with LIVING MEME, fucking Minions, Pele stealing the show and not giving a fuck, and Super Brains mimicking Hulk Hogan
Nintendo's specific presentation was absolute garbage outside Triforce Heroes and Paper Jam, however it was saved by their overall performance with surrounded all of E3 with content, Muppets and Star Fox, Treehouse Livestream, The Nintendo World Championships, FUCKING RYU, and Mario Maker getting all the glory

The one thing MS got right that the others didn't is that 95% of what they showed was either coming out in 2015 or 2016 and nothing 2017. I was throwing money at Shenmue 3 after the conference but it's 2018 at best now and there's not even going to be a PS4 when it comes out since the Neo will have taken over. The only things not out yet are Fable Legends (Cancelled cause it was shit) Gears 4 and Sea Of Thieves.
Nothing murders hype more than a train that goes too early.
