I quite liked it, but the 3rd-person shooting bits were mostly boring and felt like filler.
Adored Toko's and Komaru's relationship throughout, and gave us a villain that was truly hate-able, rather than justJunko3.0.

My main gripe with it was how it kinda dragged a bit near the end, The lack of difficulty in keeping ammunition, Genocide jack basically being a get out of jail card (although I only used her once when the wild monokuma's showed up in towa tower). Otherwise I enjoyed the atmosphere and the interactions between toko and naegi were cool and made me actually like toko after she was one of my least favorite characters in 1. I just wish more things like the blackout were done and the game had some more "horror" to it.

Toko seemed like a victim to Genocider upstaging her from a lot of screen-time and focus in DR1, so she didn't get a chance to grow.
AE fixed that problem, and now Toko's my favorite character in the series. As much of a complete trainwreck of a human being she was, she was strangely self-aware and gave good advice throughout.

-For every 10 minutes of gameplay, there was like 40 minutes of dialogue. I know it's Danganronpa and everything, but I just wanted to explore and shit.

Not lying when I say that Toko was improved quite a bit. Her bitterness and anger is more focused (even at her most paranoid), but she also learned from the experience in the school, and Genocider takes more of a backseat of the focus.
