Akiba's Trip is fun, literally the only game where you can beat peoples' clothing off with a Neptunia body pillow. It's locked at 30fps by default though, make sure you mod this to 60 or whatever your monitor supports, transforms it into a totally different game.

Not sure if Valkyria Chronicles is on sale, that game is great but I'm pretty sure everyone already has it.
Toukiden is pretty good.

Umihara Kawase is a platformer legend.
Grandia 2 is always wonderful. Not quite as good as the first one in my opinion, but that's up to personal taste.
Gurumin a Monstrous Adventure is known for being pretty good. I've not played it myself though so I can't say for certain.
Akiba's Trip is weeb as fuck, but fuckin' hell do I love it as an action game. One of the few games with model based hitboxes
Neptunia is garbage. Don't trust fucking anyone with that shit.
Fortune summoners is another weeb game with great gameplay.
