Anime faces are comprised of really simple shapes. All you have to do is make one character's eyes rounder, make one character's jaw wider, one character's expressions more exaggerated and you're golden. But one weakness that porn artists will usually have over artists with more traditional cartooning backgrounds is that porn characters just have to be as attractive as possible, so the artist tends to just perfect one archetype and use it over and over, since variety doesn't matter much in an h-doujin.

the story/arcade is nothing, it's just voice overs before fights, The last boss is just a shadow clone of whatever character you are using, the game is extremely bare bones.
There's no online pay at all so if you worried about buying a game and touching a chunk of don't worry
you'll be spending most of your time in survival to grind out the points needed to unlock images in the extras mode
but everything is in English but story text and the command list so the game is very import friendly, just make sure you have a JP PSN account to redeem the code for the DLC character.
