I'm probably gonna rent it for a weekend to play it through. I like the Uncharted games, but I'm not gonna spend 70€ on a 10-15 hour game that has little to no replay value. If I like the online multiplayer then maybe I'll get it later on.

You're seeing the reason consoles will always stutter along at 20-30FPS. Look at the visual downgrade they had to apply to hit 60fps in multiplayer.
The average normie doesn't give a shit about 60fps, they want the shiniest graphics. So each time a new generation of consoles launch, the devs will say "We could push for 60fps, or we could make these shiny graphics".
