Siren 2 has a blind character that you control by using his mindvision ability on his dog and/or the shibito to navigate. I.e you try to move around by seeing yourself from the point of vision of your dog/enemies.

There was this little indie game where all you have is literally a black screen all the game with couple of hints at the beginning about controls. You use sounds to navigate, it's some post-apocalypse and I always fall to death from somewhere or spend 5 minutes hitting my head against the wall. You've gotta google it's name if interested because I don't remember.

I seem to recall some video game where the screen was pitch black, and you needed to tap on walls/floors to visualize the echo around the room.
There is also that one Newgrounds game where you play a blind samurai, and need to fight various opponents. I never did get anywhere in that one.
