OneShot as the name imply give you only one chance to play the game and complete it. The only way to save is to let the protag sleep. Once you complete the game it will no longer work.There are multiple endings.
There is also a flash game somewhere on Newgrounds where you literally only have one life. The whole point of the game is that when you die you are forever dead and the game itself decided to follow the same rules.
