evolutions, cryptum, primordium, sillentium, broken circle, last light, hunters in the dark, saints testimony, and shadow of intent are all great.
Only really terrible lore they've put out is escalations (which is more just boring and bad art then bad lore), the last kilo 5 book, and the way they handled 4's story, Bungie has done about as much good and bad a them.
