I switch to Yhorm's Machete occasionally though, not sure when I'll go back to butcher's knife.

Nobody uses Way of Blue except people that literally just got it, and they normally abandon it once they get Sunlight, which is about twenty minutes later. I stopped getting summoned after getting a level 3 weapon and around level 30. The auto-summon covenants are fucking trash this time around.

I don't know. Just recently I invaded some fella with two phantoms and they were all wearing the outfits from the game's bosses. Specifically: Abyss Watcher, Nameless King, and the Dancer. I was able to kill the host. Ganksquads are satisfying to destroy.

Its the same fix for DS2 softban. Just make a new steam profile and transfer the save. Sure you might get banned in like five or ten days, but thats enough to time for them to have fun and ruin other people's day.
And thats one of the reasons why the PC community on DS3 has a lot of cheaters. Even if they get banned they'll just make a new steam profile and use family share. In fact, thats what some people do if they want to cheat and have fun on the game without risk of getting banned. They just switch to a different profile.

Each sword does its damage individually. Maybe it's placebo, but it felt like upgrading the weapon also increased the off-hand weapon's damage on top of the general damage increase. Once I got my merc twinswords up to +4 or something, dual wielding became notably more powerful than only using 1.

The guy in the video looks to be using Undead Legion Armor, as for armors aside from that and Drang with longish(close to foot) capes try the Sellsword armor, Herald Armor, Black Hand armor, Leonhard's Garb, and if you count robes worn as capes the Firekeeper Robes.
