It's actually quite funny that ALttP is considered easy.
Not that I disagree, but compare that to shit like Minish Cap, or any other Zelda released after ALttP. You basically cannot die in those games, it's just walking like a tank from A to B without resistance, even bosses chip quarter heart damage from you (assuming you go out of your way to get hit by their telegraphed slow motion attacks).
I guess MM had the time puzzle stuff and atmosphere at least.
