I only play with bots because I'm scared of talking to other people, and the Arma 2 bots feel a lot more "alive" than the Arma 3 bots who sorta' just sit there and wait for you to come into range. Also all I do is fuck around in the editor anyway.

You should try the Arma 2 scenario where you fly an Apache to snipe Russian jets taking off with Sidewinders. And then WW3 happens and you gotta survive by yourself and some Spetznas guys.
i want to like arma 2 and 3, but they feel too goddamn clunky to me
for example red orchestra 2 is fine by me and i'd wish it to be even more realistic
