DSL I think. At max on a good day I get around 800kb/s down. But then my internet pretty much dies. I usually limit my downloads and torrents to 200kb/s to make stuff still usable while doing it.
If I upload anything over like 10kb/s it pretty much dies as well.

GF lives about 20km away, has a 25k connection.
With bigger updates on Steam it is actually viable to dl the stuff there on my laptop, make a backup and reinstall on my machine than downloading at my place.
