I really have no problem with them doing that. It's part of their fun and all. I also get irritated with obvious 4v1 gank parties, but still, eh, I'm ok with it a little bit.
What I want changed though is there should be like a timeout for hosts to re-summon people.
I mean, I had one invasion where I killed 3 phantoms, the host runs and summons a new one, while rolling around and buying time, then the summon comes, while I'm fighting the new one, the host summons another. Resulting in another 3v1 fight.
I still kill both the summons while a blue comes in, and the hosts summons again.
I think I killed 8-9 phantoms before losing estus.
I just want a time delay on resummoning when that happens.

Allow me to play doubles advocate here for a moment. For all intensive purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a diamond dozen, true virtues are a blessing in the skies. We often put our false morality on a petal stool like a bunch of pre-Madonnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granite. So I ask of you to mustard up all the strength you can because it is a doggy dog world out there. Although there is some merit to what you are saying it seems like you have a huge ship on your shoulder. The problem with Dark Souls 3 pvp is nothing kills anyone fast enough and estus is impossible to punish or interrupt. In the previous games a fight lasted under 2 minutes, in this one you'll typically see 10 minutes of chasing each other around, landing a few hits before they roll off to chug, then doing the same yourself until you both finally run out of estus.

Honestly familia if you want to invade you have to accept the consequences. I invade all the time and I love messing around with people but when I face a gank squad I know it's something I deserve.

I understand that playing dirty is expected from both parties but everything down to the combat mechanics of this game conspire to make invading extremely unfair, hosts can just roll around forever and keep summoning friends and you can't do shit about it for most builds because your damage isn't high enough to effectively punish extremely passive play. They can just wait you out, summon more friends, r1 spam, back up and heal if they get hurt. Even if they're cornered they can drag the fight out for an eternity and more often than not just disconnect (or you get phantom hit because you weren't rolling at the time of a swing that shouldn't have hit you.) Also being able to friendly fire other reds is bullshit. There are so many reasons why invading is fucked in this game, it just never ends up being interesting or fun. Either you get ganked or jerked around by a passive/hiding host or you win easily because the guy didn't have friends helping him and he's shit at the game.
