On the other hand, Sonic was able to keep Super form up for a week in Advance, though that might just be when he's not actively using Chaos Energy to fight. As for speed, as much as I dislike capeshit, Flash is at the very least trillions of times faster than light. Sonic in Super form as far as we know isn't close to as fast (Super Sonic was an even match for Perfect Chaos in Adventure, Sonic in base is capable of keeping up with it in Generations, while being unable to outrun a black hole one game prior.
