Do I consider myself? No. Do others? By most standards, I am. I play video games (when I have the opportunity) more than 12 hours a day. But I also have no problem stopping and not playing for days at a time.
The issue is, younger kids have been raised entirely on the internet, from birth. And they've been raised on horror stories of addiction and people with uncontrollable compulsions.
