The game was so aware of how perv it go it has an option to disguise the screen to look like a Mega-Man-alike if someone was looking at the screen.

I don't see where you see "Most", sure there are many that can still deliver, like the Gundam 0089 Cast with Amuro and Char who still sound the same, and Kamille from Zeta.
