The Monster Hunter community has been shit ever since it went mainstream.

It and DeS used to be the best communities on /v/ 5-6 years ago.
They've both gone down in quality quite a fucking bit since then, monhun is a lot worse, but still alright, unlike souls which is just the cesspool of cancer.

Monster Hunter's community died six months after Tri's release.

It's been dead ever since. All that's left now are remnants here and there, and all of them are silenced and hidden by the obnoxiously loud faggots who keep having gen wars.

There was a time when someone would ask for advice on killing a tough monster like Teostra, and people would actually give tips and shit instead of "git gud" or "hit, don't get hit".

Like "how to fucking time the roll just right" or "stay near Tigrex's tail for a guaranteed charge into its face".

But no, all gone. All of it gone.

The western hunters are a decent community, the inland Japan community is fucking cancer though holy shit.

Definitely the one I liked the most, at least.
