For the record as well, the vast majority of the punishes 'only possible' with parry are possible by anyone with an invincible move - it's more that parry lets him get more damage from it. Assuming most people play Guile like that, unless they v-skill every boom which already takes a good amount of time to do, Nash can sit back and absorb all those booms for v-trigger effectively erasing one of Guile's two specials. Only Mika and Alex really snowball into that 50/50 to death shit though. And Alex's conditions for getting into that situation are much stricter than mikas. Alex either needs to connect with a lariat or land a v-trigger confirm into MP chop. With Mika you can just clap your hands and you get the 50/50 AND corner pressure. The game is well balanced in terms of viability but it still irritates me how little this character has to think and how many mistakes she can make and still win. Not that she's the only braindead character in this game though. I'd still say Chun, Karin, and Ryu can carry people just as much.
