Around the time he stopped using good (copyrighted) music and game up with that terrible guitar theme, his episodes changed.
Instead of being funny and somewhat original, it over relied on the existing jokes and stopped being creative at all. And that was like 5 fucking years ago.

The Star Fox consensus SEEMS to be that if people bought it then they enjoyed it. The Wii U seems to have gotten to the point where the games that get released aren't products people are going to randomly buy because they looked interesting so it's left for fans to pick up. Nintendo tend to work on this basis generally though.

DS3 took the strengths of the previous titles in the series and combined them to form a strong overall game. Sure, it didn't take risks, but I completely disagree with him that in order to make a good sequel the game needs to take some huge risk.
