Sony TVs are pretty good though. I've had one of the first Sony Bravia LCD model and it's still alive and kicking compared to the countless Samsung and LG products people I know had. I bought it used in 2007 and my sister went through 4 korean TVs that she paid for the same price I bought my LCD TV. I got a bigger plasma screen afterwards (a Panasonic) and it's been working great too.
