I got 32 medals in the area of road of sacrifices that led up to Crystal Sage.
Not by co-oping either. You get summoned for invasion whille a sunbro, you get a medal if you win, and since it's an early area, most fags haven't figured out that the red sign turns yellow if the invader is in sunbro covenant, it was pretty funny seeing some of the mrun away and trying to use the black crystal

Hyper armor isn't new poise, your poise stat doesn't effect it in the slightest it depends on your weapon. You get the same hyper armor wearing havels that you get wearing rags as long as it's the same weapon.
