I think I would have liked Witcher 3 if there were more varied interactions with people. Like the setting is rather good, but some sections feel like there could have been more to characterize the people in a real manner

Ciri is by definition not a Mary Sue because she has flaws and a personality.

A Mary Sue has no redeeming qualities but everything goes right for them and they're worshipped by everyone. Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones is a Mary Sue - Ciri is not. Ciri just has special powers.
