This is actually a good point to bring up.
If the new Zelda is for Wii U and NX but they only show the Wii U build at E3 wouldn't the logical conclusion be then what does the NX build look like and has over the Wii U build since it would be the "superior" version of it?
They both can't be exactly the same since that would devalue NX as a system so the NX version has to have something over it like better frame rate, better resolution or even better controls.
Any excitement over this game starts to lessen the moment you at the big picture. Nintendo may have been better off not showing it right now but they have no choice but to do so.
