I'm playing through Demon's Souls, and Armored Spider just thoroughly kicked my ass.
Pretty frustrated. I got good enough to beat Dark Souls 1&2, Bloodborne, but am stuck on the third boss of Demon's.
I'm fat rolling and a big b01, his webs really fuck me up. They seem to stun lock me, as in once I get hit by one I'm in a cycle where every next web will hit me. Then I get close he'll spam the shit out of triple fireball. Like he'll do it. ok. Then he'll just shoot off another 3 rounds.
Plus the way he moves, when I finally get close, make it impossible to get a hit in without being hit.
Roast me.
I always have trouble with weird bosses. I think Royal Rat Authority is the hardest boss in all of DS2, for instance

Literally strafing left and right through the tunnel dodges 90% of AS' moves.
Up close melee it, AS only has only three easy-to-dodge attacks.

I'm on Flamelurker myself. Started as Royalty or whatever, so I feel I can beat him since I'm clearly on EZ Modo. Been putting it off though. The playthrough's been more a hand-off between me and a bud, but he's not in town often so I don't bother with it. That could just be an excuse though.

I got through all of Vanilla DaS2 fine except for RRA. Granted I never did go back once I skipped him. Probably would've been fine by the time I reached the throne...
