Demons aren't even that big a deal going by what we see in Dark Souls 3. In Dark Souls 1 demons were rare as fuck on the surface and chilled out in hell equivalent. In Dark Souls 3 they are all but extinct.
All I know is that he is literally the most difficult boss I've encountered in any of the Souls games so far.I haven't beaten him yet and I am truly praying that there aren't any harder bosses later in the game

I loved how the cathedral slowly caught on fire as the battle progressed, and how the dancer moved as if swimming gracefully. I loved how her footsteps and breathing were muffled and echoed slightly, as if to further emphasize her strange movement. And I adored the theme, too.

Gwyndolin was literally the only thing left in Anor Londo along with Prescilla. So instead of abandoning his home like al the other gods did he chose to stay and protect it, and his fate in DaS3 was his reward.
I literally could not think of a more gruesome and insulting death than what Miyazaki gave Gwyndolin, it's like he had some sort of vendetta against him. Meanwhile everything is an illusion and Ornstein is somehow alive and looking for Gwyn's firstborn for some reason.
