They do, best place to farm is that one above the Dilipidated bridge bonfire, you must've passed it the first time you reached it.
The weapon itself is pretty fun desu, make sure you get enough END to swing it 3 times (only need a tiny amount for the third) or 2 times + roll. The WA is pretty good for PvP, make sure you mash R2 after pressing L2 to get the followup strong attack that actually does damage.

His insta-shoulder tackles really pissed me off. The kick was manageable, because it had a comparatively long wind up time and telegraph. Shoulder tackle comes out in a fucking instant, cover an obscene range (like 3/4ths the range of his fucking halberd), and can come out of like, 3 different attacks. Fuck that specific attack.
