Also forgot to mentioned there are some nice details with the clothes if you look at screenshots that are from a direct source. You can see the clothes creasing during different poses/movents/ as the different characters move and some nice stitching details. The skin textures still need work though. It's a generic term for systems and mechanics that allow a character in a fighter to cancel moves into each other beyond normal capabilities. If you've ever played SF then Yun's Genei Jin is basically what a custom combo system is. It usually comes form piss easy zero risk hit confirms that then turn into the same two special moves being cancelled into each other indefinitely until whatever system that dictates custom combos ends.
It's shit in every game it has been. It means that characters can convert easy hit confirm normals into half or more of the opponent's health. The meta in XIII was all about doing these shitty custom combos. Every team that wanted to be viable needed a character that could easily convert a hit confirm into the entire enemy's life bar, like Shen or whatever the name of that shitty dude in the hawaiin shirt people only liked because he was top tier

I know Yatagarasu had a command grapple with that command and it was also an Izuna Drop.

Stomp was really useful for a glitch associated with it, where you could "cancel" into a super, but if you lacked the meter to perform one it would put Kim back into a neutral state. You could do crazy combos with this.
