If you're gonna have another Wonder Woman villain, I'd rather have Giganta or Silver Swan. Injustice Catwoman already plays weirdly like how I'd imagine Cheetah to play.

Maybe Cheetah's fighting style and moves could be partially based on Catwoman's. Catwoman having a whip while Cheetah doesn't use weapons could be a key difference.
