Programmers are easy as fuck to replace, especially now that India is more or less owned by Dell. Just give them a textbook on code, give them a printout from the marketers/PR people telling them what they want, and they'll crank it out.
Sadly, the marketers and PR people are harder to replace with cheap foreigners.

Where the fuck you live? India? There's a demand for programmers all over europe, nobody can afford to replace a programmer because finding a new one would take fucking months
