Absolutely everything about him makes him come across as chillest fucker in any fighting game ever.
Same reason's as OP, though most of her move set is just transforming into other characters and using their moves.
But what unique moves she does have are amazing looking (though other characte's moves have 10/10 animation anyways)
I also really like Kotal Kahn from MKX because i'm a sucker for aztec shit, and he's probably the most authetically aztec character in any video game period, he looks fucking awesome with glowing tron lines all over him, and personality wise he's fucking based.
