I've ate too much taco bell and have formed opinions. Best bang for your buck are going to be the loaded grillers, the loaded potato and spicy one are great. All the grillers are pretty high in calories so don't eat two at once and only have 1 if you're going to drink calories too. If you want reasonably more food and a drink whatever $5 box they have is decent. A very mild increase in price will get you one of their numbered meals which all come with a large drink, useful if you're thirsty and want something like a cheesy gordita crunch.
Cheesy gordita crunch is the best item on the menu, especially if you order one with a doritos locos shell. Other notable items are the chicken quesadilla and smothered burrito. I despise refried beans but if you like them there is a burrito prominently featuring them.
If you have under 500 calories to spend order one of the fresco styled items. If you're looking to get around 20g of protein order a cantina burrito.
