It's RE4 with a bit more spookiness.
It's a horror shooter like RE4 or Dead Space if it had a Japanese Horror coat of paint and some decent attempts at graphics porn here and there
Overall now that it's cheap there's little excuse not to if you're an RE or Deadspace fan
I really enjoy the first half-ish. It was pretty interesting and scary imo (not played many horrors)
Then the second half happened and took away any horror it had.
It's alright. Bosses were shitty though. Also the second playthrough is definitely more entertaining than the first
I like it. I wonder what's Tango doing next, or is this ever going to get sequel.
I'm playing it now. I can see why some people are put off by it, but I personally love it.

I really liked the Keeper fight. All the boss were pretty intense in my opinion. But I can understand how some people wouldn't like the fact that they can oneshot you.
I really don't see any point on doing an Akumu playthrough. Shit takes away any fun the game has.

The keeper and that big thing that I can never remember the name of were the only standout fights imo. I don't mind instant kills, but where's the fun in it if it's all they can do? Fire bitch was basically playing keep-away, and Keeper was very similar but more tense because I wouldn't know what he could do if he got close.

I got for $10 and I haven't finished it yet. Plays like RE4 with stealth mechanics thrown in, which is fine. But I'm hating the constantly changing locations. It's mind-fucky, sure, but it doesn't help draw me into the world of the game at all. It just keeps throwing me out of it actually.

It's less scary than Deadspace though, I couldn't get past an hour of Deadspace out of genuine fear and quit the game but I almost finished TEW before getting bored.
