I get your point. Thats pretty much the way Im thinking to be honest. I never got myself a skin on csgo thats values more than 5Euros. I just couldnt ever do that. I always had a AWP skin, and 2-4 skins at ~0.50Euro. Everything else went to trading or market. Thats how i got myself to 59.39 Euros. It took me about 4 months to get this much from nothing. The only money i ever added on steam were the 5Euros required to activate the account for market. I hate this fucking Steam.
About what u said about microtransactions. Well dude... thats the only way they can keep alive the game and themselves. They have to make money in some way. The fuckers blocked the tradings on Dota2 because people would get skins from a free game. On CSGO they'd have to pay for the game at least, then get some stupid expensive skin.

Another tip, if you want to do your jobs consistently don't bust your ass off at first, you'll only burn out. Do maybe an hour a day or an hour a week if your work ethic is bad.
