Halo OST have all been pretty good, though the quality declined after reach. In Halo 4 there was atleast one god-tier song "117".
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance had an amazing soundtrack, but only really tickled my nerves during the game.
Actually most platinum games have pretty awesome soundtracks.
