Not my game, but it looks to be Call of Chernobyl with the arsenal overhaul mod. If all you want is the arsenal overhaul, one can get that as a mod for call of pripyat or clear sky. But, it is a very easy mod to install on Call of Chernobyl, and as a gun enthusiast it really improves the experience.
I want to see some DS3 PvP action with the Farron Greatsword. It has some potential for stylish kills.

You don't need anywhere near that much vig if you're wearing decent armour. Just went through the game as a tank with only 20 vig, but 40 vit so I could equip the heavy armours. Most bosses would still take a good 4-5 direct hits to kill me with the Lothric Knight set that I spent most of the game in.

Heavy armor adds very little to your defense compare to more HP.
Endurance at 40 is pointless because lighter weapons are simply better than heavy ones and the heavy weapons that are viable don't need 40 to function.
