I've been meaning to get back into it but I don't really want to go to the trouble of redownloading the english patch and then having bits here and there that I don't understand.

Its not really all that hard. There's a fanmade client that does most of the work. I could never get the story to be translated but its the gameplay that matters anyways.

I used that before. But while its easier than having to hack into games or jump on some Korean MMO, its still not exactly easy. Plus, you cant really buy anything. Though I doubt I would want to.
Its also more work to find someone to play with. Since Japanese people will ignore or report you.

I don't know. I've actively played alongside Japanese players and they don't seem to care. Also its super easy to find PSO2 players online that speak English.
Also this might sound kind of odd, but a lot of weeaboo furries play the game for some reason, so if you want to find someone who plays it, well...there's always that.
I understand its not as easy or convenient as having a legit English version though. Sucks that SEGA won't release it. Would've figured that the anime would've pushed them to do it.
