I jsed to swear by kairosoft but there past few games have been full on jewbag mode with stamina and microtransactions and shit.
Been playing Evolution battle for utopia for a long time, it's surprisingly fun. Star Trek timelines is pretty good too. Most gameloft stuff is kind of cool, gamevil makes good rpgs that are free, Kemco makes good rpgs if you're the weeb type.

Just downloaded the next Phoenix Wright in the series. DS emulation with Drastic is great.
Doorkickers port is also fun, but it's obviously made for tablets so it can be a pain sometimes cause of the screen size.
