The flaws are:
Glossy front.
No analog shoulder buttons.
Face buttons a little too small.
Overall, buttons are somewhat loose and lower quality than they should be.
The positives are:
Incredibly ergonomics.
Good stick placement and perfect springiness.
Great, clicky d-pad.
Battery life that outlived my dog.

Good controller but the R1/L1 are starting to creak. dpad could be better and the battery life is horrible.
