yeah, i'd upgrade the gpu next, assuming you already have an ssd. otherwise get that, it's currently the best upgrade you can get. it makes everything faster, not just boot times. for example, you'll rarely see textures pop in anymore and you can use them for your pagefile in case you ever do run out of those 8gb of ram (happened to me once, with gta v). they've gotten pretty cheap and are more reliable than hdds at this point.
cpu's haven't improved much in the past 4 years and ddr4 is only worth it if you build a new system from scratch.
