>>
Monitor - PC
TV - Consoles.

done.
>>
>Monitor
can't plug an antenna into it
>TV
you're paying extra for an antenna plug you won't use
>>
monitors are designed to be viewed up close, tvs are view afar
>>
Monitor - Cheaper and technically more value, especially when it is 1440p or 4k. Faster response.

TV - Bigger. More couch comfy friendly.

TV for watching TV and movies, monitor for everything else.

That's exactly my setup. If I am browsing the web or playing a game I can use the opposite monitor for watching. Just got done playing some Hearthstone and watching baseball. But if I want to relax and enjoy a movie I'm going to stream it to my television where I can lay in bed and enjoy a bigger screen.

One isn't better than the other, they are used for different things. I don't understand the people who watch movies on their laptops or hunched over at their desk (unless they are multitasking a game or something.) Or worse, people who watch movies on their fucking phones. I guess if that's all you have you don't have much of a choice, but who doesn't own a TV? They are cheap as fuck, and extremely easily to hook up to your PC if you need to stream.

I have a plasma tv unused in the house, you should leave the PS4 connected? the size distracts me but I think it is a matter of habit.

the quality is outstanding.

TV as main and monitor as sub. Got a 40" for games and shows, a 27" monitor as a vertical screen and a 32" tv as a secondary horizontal screen so I have plenty of workspace. Manga looks great at 40" 1080p.
