It's a process, man. Happens to everybody. I don't really have a whole lot of tips or anything, considering that I hadn't written much of the latest story until last night, when I locked away for the better part of six hours. I'm not sure if you're asking for advice or anything, but I'll try my best. Buckle up.
It's always a good idea to brainstorm at the start, and come up with an initial plot summary. Ask yourself why Character X and Character Y are going to be fucking later in the story. What's their connection? What happens to lead them into that situation? It doesn't need to be overly complicated. It's smut. It should be written well, and you should care about what you put into it, but that plot doesn't have to be the main focal point. It can just be an excuse if you really want it to be; going more in-depth is always good to get people invested, but it's not a requirement.
Once you get your outline finished, you can basically just play it by ear from there on out. Do you like your summary? What would you change about it? Nothing's set in stone until you actually start sharing it with people, so don't be afraid to see what works and what doesn't.
Most smut follows a pretty simple series-of-events: foreplay, into some form of oral sex, into genital-on-genital sex. It's a pretty simple formula. Sex is usually pretty spontaneous, so when the actual fucking starts, just let your words flow out. Get into a sort of stream of consciousness and edit it later. Odds are you'll turn yourself on at some point during the writing process; if you don't write down what you're thinking when that happens, you'll just wind up distracting yourself and forget it all.
TL;DR: Come up with a basic plot, reach the point where the fucking starts, apply the sexual formula as loosely or as restrictively as you want, and just write the first thing that pops into your head when you write the actual part where people have sex.

I absolutely understand, even if I do have the complete opposite problem of you, where folks would probably argue that I write too much.
The thing that I've personally noticed it's that it's usually better to have too much than it is to have too little. If you have too little, the reader is left feeling shortchanged and that everything ended too abruptly; if you have too much, readers can just skim through the parts that they don't find interesting.
There are pros and cons to each side of it. Short fics are more inviting to people. There's a bigger risk for a person to read a story that's really long. If it's short and doesn't turn out well, it's not that bad. The reader only wasted about 1000 words worth of their time. But if it's long and it sucks, you're looking at what's easily the better part of 6000 words wasted. A lot of people don't want to commit to walls of text, like the one I'm writing now. Fuck's sake, I hit the character limit on the last one.
Long fics are great for building tension and suspense, eventually culminating in one big finale that the reader has been anticipating for the past fifteen minutes. If the climax is written right, it'll be lightyears ahead of a short fic's ending; and again, if it's written poorly, it was a colossal fucking waste of time. Usually, the idea of those 8000 word stories turns people off of them because they don't want to waste it.
But, fuck it, man. You're either too terse or you're too flowery. You'll never be able to please everyone. Just do it exactly the way that YOU want to, and build your own niche audience from that. Adapt to your surroundings, learn from others, and become a better writer because goddamnit if I can do this shit then anyone can
