Unless they drop voice acting there is no realistic way to have multiple playable races. There's a reason DAO is the only recent Bioware that offered it, it's the only one that wasn't voiced. The amount of work it would take to record 4-5 times the whole set of lines + the race specific lines would be crazy, even for a big budget company like EA.
Now I'm not against dropping the VA, especially if that gives us more RP elements, but considering Mass Effect has always been voiced I really don't see it happening. Before EA? Maybe, but now there's no way they're giving up voice acting for that.

It turns out the reapers are all over reality and Andromeda is just in recovery mode from it's last reaping, but team stupid blew it and the reapers decide it's time for early harvest since these folks just cross the biggest boundary organics could ever cross, another galaxy.
Now the pioneers who flew across the expanse of void to escape the reapers find themselves still facing reaper threat and must fight the reapers to save Andromeda because the theme of the game isyou can't escape the reaper :O!.
Oh and the legend of Shepherd transcends galaxies so the teams actions are all credited to Shepherd anyway. Somehow.
