Not accurate for modern /v/. IIRC this was made some time in early to mid 2012 in response to reddit's top 100 games of all time poll, which was utter dogshit obviously. If you made it today Souls games and Bloodborne would occupy all of the top 5 since it's literally all this shithole board has talked about ever since the Dark Souls PC port dropped.

I'm surprised that not only do I agree with the first 7 items on the list, I also agree with the order. However, I would place Homeworld in spot 8, Rome Total War in spot 9, and Super Mario 64 in spot 10.
