I saw the trailer when I saw Batman V Superman, a bit cardboar standup outside the screening room after I saw Zootopia, and I think I saw a commercial on TV a few weeks ago. It has been pretty low key.
It makes me kind of mad that Sony will promote the shit out of the Angry Birds movie but they won't even distribute Ratchet and Clank directly, and are instead distributing it through Gramercy Pictures. On the flipside though, I really don't know how much of Angry Birds is Sony and how much of it is Rovio. For all I know it's Rovio that's fronting the marketing campaign for that movie.

It really doesn't feel like the same game. Don't take this as a remake, it's a fucking reboot. Yes you get to explore some of the same planets and shit but god, nostalgia apart, it's way way better.

Nope, Nexus had too many technical issues such as framerate drops, bugs, and sound desyncs to be called good. On top of that, it wasn't a good R&C game either as the planets you visit were largely bland and not worth exploring. Hidden items such as gold bolts were always easy to find and there wasn't a single new weapon that is worth mentioning. The biggest new addition is the jetpack with whic you can fly around certain parts of the levels and though it is a neat change of pace, it didn't add anything substantial to the game. If anything, it detracted from the platforming on the swamp level. Nexus is next to QfB the most forgettable R&C mainline game.

I can't help but disagree with all the glowing reviews.
The core gameplay is as fun as the RnC series has ever been, but my god that story.
The original game was pretty cringey looking back, but this one was straight up bad. It made me chuckle once or twice then proceeded to just be the most boring, drab, dull game in the series. They attempt to have some drama here and there but the plot twist actually hits harder in the original than the horrid execution this time around.
Jokes all fell flat, every character except Quark has absolutely zero personality, and the whole thing was pathetically badly paced.
It was REALLY fun to play, though.

Nexus would be solid if the framerate wasn't dogshit. It's pretty hard to fuck up a remake of a game that was already good so that's more or less the only exception. It has a few flaws but by no mean is it a bad game.

It wasn't too difficult for me, but I did have to upgrade my outdated motherboard to get the right slot type for it. Make sure you have the right PCI-E slot or else you could end up blowing up your board. Heck, it might be easier just to get an external device for it if you don't have someone that can help you out like I did.
