Is everyone making one of these half moba half TF2 games?
Battleborn was kinda fun, I enjoyed it more than Overwatch; but the pricetag for almost no content is garbage.
How is Trion going to compete though?

None of these games are going to survive past the two year mark except Overwatch, which has fuck you Blizzard money behind it.

Okay... I've never heard of this game until you mentioned it. Is it really an FPS + MOBA? I mean are there actual MOBA Elements or is just TF3 like overwatch?

It has nothing in common with mobas in almost any way. It's essentially a multiplayer team SRPG.
>Every turn every player chooses a movement, an attack, a dash, etc..
>After everyone selects it all happens at the same time.

I don't know if they're marketing it as a moba or if everyone just thinks it is. Either way that notion is probably gonna kill it. That said it's pretty fun but I feel like the win condition is pretty limiting and makes the game really short and all the different 'areas' you can fight in are all way too similar and I feel the game could vastly improve with terrain height difference.
Also it has that league of legend, buy your characters system or grind like hell for it. A system I do not enjoy and while it's very generous in the alpha I can see them making it harder.

all these designs suck
there isnt a single one that doesnt look like a ripoff or made from terrible concept art
