I know the performance is shit. With the right settings it runs 60+fps constantly though, e.g. low - medium shadows, 40 - 50 detail / view distance and max everything else. If you don't have a toaster that should be OK.

GTAV runs at a rock-solid 60fps on my machine but IV wobbles between 40 and 60.
