As I suspected, since the vita doesn't have bikini slips, there is nothing special to see if you peek on the vita. Don't bother wasting your satisfaction. I just had to test it to be sure.

Well for one, remember that the memory card is tied to the psn account so you'd have to swap cards and do the reset each time you wanna change to play this game, unless you have a dedicated pstv or vita for the HK account.
Framerate is fine. I haven't noticed any slowdown at all. But the graphics take a big hit. Most notably is during activities(where you'll be seeing the girls most of the time) they have a shittier model. During hotel and relax time where you just take pictures, you get treated to a nicer model though. Also light is pretty harsh in evening sunset making their skin seem shiny.
No tanning.
No bikini slips. This means you can't see the shirt with the micro bikini since that's a result of a bikini slip.
No squishy boobs. Don't really miss this that much since it's not that noticeable anyway.
There's supposed to be a touchscreen feature but I don't think I've unlocked it yet. I'm on owner level 20.

Not really no. Graphically it is a bit of a letdown. I would say the game is decently fun if you like cute girls and some of the activities including the casino are alright. Certainly not worth $50. I would have no problem recommending it at $20 but no more.
