Why can't I get this shit to work? I bought my Wii U a couple of days ago and I can play online without any trouble, but when I try to download stuff from the eshop I get error messages. Is the store really down?

open the 192.168.1.1 to access the modem settings, try to connect the console, try to look at settings about connected devices, is the console there, then add the mac address on the new device to the list, should be connected now
