Vidya guilty purchases?
Starting out with a cringe one of mine.

>beta felt like shit but I will play it with my friends so it would be okay
ha ha .
I figured I'd try a dating sim-esque game, just to see what its likeThis was the first M game I ever owned
the people at GameStop laughed at me :(
>>334672460
Didn't think it was that bad, honestly. The dungeon crawling sequences drug on for WAAAAY too long and the fighting was boring. But collecting children, performing eugenics, and the dating sim aspects weren't too bad. Honestly, if the dungeons were shorter it could've been a solid 7. Since they aren't, it's a 5. But I wouldn't call it something I regret buying or playing.
I mean it's TECHNICALLY vidya

The pin or the TOP GUN hat?
>>334675013
The pin you doorknob
>>334675056
Why would you regret buying a pin? That's fucking stupid. Shit like that is less than five dollars.
Buyer's remorse would be what the poor sucker who bought this from me got. I sold it for $600.

>Brink
I do not get the hate for this one. I have played quite a bit of the single player with bots (the multiplayer was dead years ago) and it is fun. The teamwork is fun, the jumping and sliding around is fun, the different classes are fun. I am not sure why it was not more popular. Apparently there where a lot of gameplay issues at launch, but IIRC those where fixed pretty quickly. I think it is a more fun and more polished team-based shooter than TF2. It could use more maps though, but it is not like TF2 servers host anything other than tower anyways.
I would buy a Brink 2.

>$600
Holy shit nice
Also I don't really regret buying the pin that much but it was from cafepress and I could've gotten it from some person on etsy who could've used the money more or something
Ballsackally I feel I could've bought it from someone/somewhere else and I regret buying it from cafepress
>>334672460
how old are you?
>>334671440
Same
:\
Deleted off my PS4 the other day and don't plan on playing it ever again.
>>334675737
18 as of now.
>>334675568
Brink 2 is Dirty Bomb. Same devs and all.
>>334671440
Once I hit endgame and realized it was literally nothing but dark zone and dailies, I quit pretty fast
>>334676059
How did I not know this was a thing? Thanks anon! Downloading now!
>>334675178
The rush to grab those was too much fun. I opened mine, though, still use the case too.
>>334672460
I fucking laughed my ass off at this game.
What a gem.
>>334676197
Enjoy. It's kind of slow starting out, but you have a pretty good pool of characters to try out when you start.
The Walmart employee thought I was joking when i said I was buying it for myself.
>>334677131
why the hell did you even tell him?
>>334671358
Nothing really cringe about buying the first or second one imo.
Pretty good games on their own right.
>>334674705
Jesus
I pre-ordered new Star Fox first print, cause the steelbook looks cool.
>>334675568
Fuck. I remember being super hyped up for Brink. While it didn't end up being as great as I thought it'd be, I nonetheless had a helluva lotta fun with it. The customization was also really sweet, and the cutscenes were made cooler by the fact that your guy would be hanging about in the background acting like a generic mook. I would probably buy the shit out of an actual sequel to Brink.
This game is actually the point where I stopped being able to complete most games I picked up. Before I would always complete something but after Forever I have a growing backlog
